Backed by Melcor Development’s 95 year history, Melcor REIT was borne out of a proud tradition of real estate excellence in western Canada. Our portfolio is made up of interests in 36 properties representing 2.84 million square feet of gross leasable area  located in and around Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge, and Red Deer, AB; Regina, SK; and Kelowna, BC.
